One of the few companies where the word service is still lived! From making contact, submitting an offer, discussing the customer's individual wishes to the subsequent high-quality cleaning - we are very satisfied and look forward to working with them again!
I give this assessment as of today. In the past with the old cleaner I was extremely dissatisfied in terms of reliability. This has now changed in the best way. If it continues like this, I will remain satisfied. Given our low turnover, I agree with the price in principle, but hope that it will remain at that.
Nach einigen Problemen mit der Reinigung , wurden die Mitarbeiter ausgetauscht , danach bin ich mit den Leistungen zufrieden. Ich hatte den Vertrag gekündigt, diese aber auf Grund der guten Leistungen der neuen Mitarbeiter wieder zurück gezogen
Nach kleinen anfänglichen Verzögerungen (lag an uns) sind wir seit vielen Monaten sehr zufrieden und glücklich mit unserer Reinigungskraft.

Service ist stark von der Reinigungskraft abhängig. Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten haben wir jetzt eine zuverlässige Kraft gefunden bzw. wurde uns zugeteilt.
Mein Auftrag wurde schnell, zuverlässig und professionell ausgeführt. Die Organisation und die Kommunikation im Vorwege war sehr gut und freundlich. Ich werde die Firma Holte Hausservice jederzeit weiter empfehlen.
