viel Geduld, keine Hetze, sorgfältige Beratung,Herr Özyürek weiß, wo er sich auskennt und wo weniger, so dass ich nicht das
Gefühl habe, jemand will mir was vormachen. Der Drucker läuft wieder, ich habe Wartungsempfehlungen bekommen, selbst der Laptop wurde von Malware gesäubert, ich bekam Hinweise, was ich noch machen kann, so dass er jetzt auch wieder mit dem Drucker funktioniert. Home-Print wurde mir empfohlen und ich gebe die Empfehlung gerne weiter. Der Preis war auch sehr fair.
