The web designer course at HSB was a lot of fun, required a lot of commitment on my part and helped me to progress.
The course was a very good introduction to the subject of web design for me. Due to the breadth of topics covered by HSB, I was able to gain an insight into all the key aspects of web design.
Parallel to the course, I was able to carry out my first customer project on web design and thus try out the knowledge imparted by HSB 1:1 and thus deepen it in practice.
The course contributed greatly to the fact that I was able to carry out a successful project with my client and receive follow-up orders.

The courses were always good and interesting. Unfortunately I was never able to take part in the workshops, they were always on Fridays and that's when I work. The final test was well explained in the application but I didn't realize that the time would be sooo tight. I didn't have time to read up. The time limit really stressed me out. In hindsight, I should have answered the questions I was very sure about first and postponed the rest.

Thank you for a very interesting and varied course. I enjoyed the time in the online lectures very much.

I was especially satisfied with the constant connection to the lecturers, who really put a lot of effort and great feedback.

My experience with the training was absolutely positive. You always get an answer to your questions, the course and the course flow is very well structured and you have access to all course content throughout.
However, away from the course, you really have to get to grips with the various topics yourself in order to deepen your knowledge, as it is simply a very comprehensive area. The lecturers provide practical training and the lectures are always very entertaining. Many thanks for the always great support!

I felt really well looked after throughout the course, absolutely perfect in terms of organization!
The only thing that bothered me was that the course module Social Media came in my opinion too short, or the lecturer has taught me nothing that I did not already know.
The HSB Academy but in itself really great!

I took a further training course with the HSB Academy to become an office manager and I am very enthusiastic about it. The whole team at the HSB Academy is just super friendly and helpful. In my opinion, the training is super structured, broad and very interesting. The lecturers are great and make the lectures very lively and practical. Mr. Ronacher in particular is a great lecturer who really conveyed the content with his pleasant and very likeable manner.

The great support from the HSB Academy Austria - my needs were met in a very flexible and uncomplicated way.

The lectures and workshops were extremely interesting and I was able to take away many valuable insights for my work. Thank you very much for this great learning experience.

Right off the bat: For customer service, I couldn't say much regarding the rooms, etc. since the course was online - hence the Neutral rating. For Everything Else:
HSB Academy offers very high quality in terms of performance and content throughout the package; openness, motivation and the positive nature was always present.
The team was always immediately available for questions, clarifications, etc. and acted flexibly regarding everything.
In the course you teach not only the extensive great content (much very for everyday life and practice, I liked very much) - this was taught at the same time, for me personally, very understandable, but I especially liked the personal practical experience that was often given. The understanding of what was learned is therefore much more efficient - you also remember it better and faster, because you can then connect it with something.
The homework is great, it brings you closer to the content. I have to especially mention the incredible feedback on the homework by Markus J. Ronacher - The feedback is indeed a part of the course and it depends on the performance; Nevertheless, it is not a matter of course that one takes the time to write the feedback so detailed, professional, attentive and with very kind words. It motivates one additionally. Thank you very much for that, again.

I can definitely recommend HSB!!! I was super taken care of the whole time and when I had questions I got answers quickly. THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! The content is very practical and I can now apply what I learned with a clear conscience. What is still really great, you can access the content for a lifetime!!!

From the structure to the benefits, the services and advice everything very well organized and structured. All lecturers were always friendly and always made the effort even if you didn't understand something well. In the future, I will book all further training courses only through the HSB Academy and can or will recommend it in exactly the same way.

Since I already work several years in the assistance area and have also announced this, I was unfortunately very disappointed by the level of the lectures. I had announced this, but received the feedback that it fits in all cases. Sure, everyone is different but unfortunately the lectures did not convince me.

The HSB Academy was the best decision for my continuing education. The learning content, my instructors and the entire HSB Academy team were great. I have already booked my next course with HSB Academy Austria.

The HSB Academy keeps its promises! Excellent customer service - if you have any questions, you will receive feedback within hours. The lecturers are up to date, directly from the business world and can therefore give valuable tips from the real working field. They are also fabulous at passing on knowledge. I have always felt in good hands. Thanks to the entire team!

I was initially a bit put off by the number of hours I had to invest per week (approx. 20 hours), as this could have been a big additional challenge on top of a demanding full-time job. I even considered for several weeks whether I would trust myself with this training because of the time factor.
I then booked the course and have to say that my worries were not justified.
Learning is rather easy for me, but nevertheless 20 hours per week was a bit more than I really had to invest in time.
In the last few weeks before the exam, I definitely reached the 20 hours per week, but the rest of the course was demanding in terms of time investment, but easy to implement and plan.

I was able to take away so much in terms of content - I can only recommend the course for people in sales!
