After the 4-hour session, I didn't have the feeling that anything had changed for me. Super advice, hypnosis all carried out and recorded for me in a clear state. ...Oops, but something happened! As a heavy smoker, I haven't smoked for 3 days. Of course I think about it sometimes or the habit is in my head. But I am very confident to remain a non-smoker. Thank you very much for that, Mr. Steinbock!

I went to stop smoking with Mr. Steinbock after several failed attempts on my own. Apart from the fact that I felt very well looked after during the session and experienced Mr. Steinbock's interventions and the whole process as very professional, quitting smoking really caused me very little to no difficulties. After a very short time, I felt as if I had never smoked and this has remained the case until now (more than three months later). What's more, I haven't gained any weight because I don't feel the need to replace anything because I'm not missing anything. On the contrary, I've lost weight because I'm moving more again and feel good all round. I am very grateful to Mr. Steinbock and recommend him unreservedly to the few smokers I still know!

I found the methods and modules that Mr. Steinbock and I worked with very promising. I was able to reduce my inner blockages and change my thinking patterns. His theoretical approaches with scientific evidence, brought me to a new perspective. It did me good to see how I was strengthened positively and internally in small steps. In the hypnosis a lot came up from the subconscious and we were able to work through some things.
To see the result that I am already in the positive emotional scale is super. I will stay on this positive path and continue to work with the 7-sentence method and the success journal. It is exciting where the path is going. I am very happy that in the future I will have a scheme with which I can work specifically. My previous therapies-psychotherapy regarding jealousy-had not brought much. Therefore I appreciate this coaching with Mr. Steinbock and recommend it in any case.

Almost a year ago my husband and I did smoking cessation session with you. Before that, we had made every attempt to quit smoking. In vain. So I waited so long to write my review to make sure it worked.
Hard to believe but true and we are still smoke free. The first month wasn't easy, but it was possible to get through it with your tips and techniques.
Also support and contact were super familiar and intense.
This experience was definitely worth it!
You made us free and independent from a cigarette. Thank you very much!

Mr. Steinbock is absolutely reliable, cares and delivers what he promises. The hypnosis for smoking cessation has really helped me! I can only recommend to every smoker.

I have been a non-smoker for 2 weeks now, previously I smoked for over 40 years.
A few days after the hypnosis I still had thoughts/desire for a cigarette in certain situations.
I told Mr. Steinbock about this and received a follow-up appointment the very next day. The session lasted 9 minutes and I no longer have a craving for a cigarette.
I can only recommend everyone to stop smoking as well, I don't miss anything.

I have always wanted to do something about my jealousy. After my multiple negative experiences in relationships, I also realized that I can't build trust and tend to control. It brought me to a point that I thought, what am I doing here ?
Through Mr. Capricorn, I have managed, among other things, not to value the online status in WhatsApp so much and not to control on social media. I'm not in a relationship at the moment, but I'm more relaxed about my companion talking to other women, which used to be terrible for me. And if someone thinks they need to flirt with other women in my presence, then it's not the right one.
Jealousy has been with me for so long in life and I always thought that no one could help me break through it. It has worked until now. If I'm ever in a committed relationship again, then I'll see how I fare. If I still have points, I will fall back on the techniques of Mr. Capricorn. Until then I will continue to work with the hypnoses and mindsets.

Mr. Steinbock was very obliging from the beginning and took a lot of time. After forty years, I am smoke-free. I have no idea how it worked, but it did. In the beginning I still struggled with the cravings every now and then, but I quickly got the craving for the cigarette under control. But after two weeks the cravings were gone. I can recommend it to anyone. Sure, it's expensive, but you quickly saved the money because you don't buy cigarettes anymore. Thank you!

I have been thinking for 6 months whether to go to the Maldives or to try again to finally address my problem, which never worked in previous therapies.
I thought, okay one last try!

I was in treatment for jealousy, fear of loss, mistrust, delusions of control and uncontrolled hatred.

Mr. Capricorn always radiates a pleasant calm, it is wonderful to talk with him.
He works through the individual situations in a structured way, even if you don't know where the actual problem lies, in which situation you are "stuck" or where the trigger for something lies, he finds it out and makes sure that the emotion is processed.
He does not judge, but supports - he does not drill, as you know it from other therapies, you do not have to tell your life story, he searches specifically with the method for the event without, I call it a "waste of time" with much around!

At the beginning I was of course suspicious and questioned whether it would work.
Now after the 8 week program, I would not say I am a different person, however I have an absolutely changed perception, I am rid of the worries, the fears, the recurring thoughts are no longer in my daily routine, that is very helpful.
I no longer lose control when a situation from the past, repeats itself in the present.
I have a very changed self-perception and therefore a stronger self-confidence.
I will probably never be enthusiastic about other women when it comes to my husband but I have learned to distinguish between justified jealousy and unjustified jealousy and to classify the values that "man" fulfills towards me or not and thus to make clear decision without being controlled by emotions!

In any case, I thank you with all my heart and give a clear recommendation!
Also, I am sure, should I come in the future, in situations that I can not process emotionally very well, the door is open to me, with Mr. Capricorn and I will not hesitate to take his help!

On 11/25/2020 it will be exactly 4 years since I attended a smoking cessation session in a group ( 3 people). My smoking output at that time was up to 40 cigarettes a day. I have to share now that I have not touched a cigarette since 11/25/2016. After about 6 months, I once had a faint feeling of being able to smoke one. But that was over after a short time. Today, smoking is no longer an issue in my life.

Multiple attempts to finally give up smoking had never helped, or always only in the short term.
...and then the tip from a good friend! Appointment made! What can I say? 537 days without smoking. I avoided more than 19.000 cigarettes and saved more than 5000 EUR. All without ever getting the urge to smoke those disgusting cigarettes again. Conclusion: Don't think twice! Make an appointment! It works for sure !!!! THANKS 🙏

I have used the service of Mr. Steinbock to get rid of smoking. After two unsuccessful attempts of my own, I am now finally smoke-free and super happy after 32 years of smoking. It is a whole new attitude towards life!
