More than thrilled.
Since my hypnosis, I can finally go about my day normally again. I can drive, shop and stay at home alone again.
Fear and panic have disappeared.

A week ago I had my first hypnosis session with Tanja. I felt very well looked after in a trusting and comfortable atmosphere. She took a lot of time for the preliminary talk alone.
She also took a lot of time after the hypnosis. I can feel the first positive changes for me and Tanja doesn't leave you alone even after hypnosis. She asks how I am doing and is constantly in contact with me. She has a great deal of empathy and incredible specialist knowledge, she works professionally. She is concerned with the person in front of her. I can recommend her without reservation and I would do hypnosis with her again at any time. This was not my last appointment with her.

Non-smoker at last!
After countless attempts to stop smoking, I decided to try hypnosis.
I smoked for 30 years and never managed to stop.
A few weeks ago I went to Tanja for hypnosis. What can I say ... I am a non-smoker!

The same routine every day, a hamster wheel without an exit, a rotation in the system. You function, want to please everyone and lose yourself in the process. At some point you reach the point where you lose sight of what is really important in life and you get stuck in the spiral.

Who knows if there are coincidences or if everything is predetermined, but through a short chat with Tanja the journey to my "little me" began.
In the run-up to the hypnosis, there were several intensive conversations in which I was shown again and again how easily things can be changed. But when you are stuck in the spiral, you can't get out of it so easily.
So we scheduled a hypnosis coaching session. I was excited, tense and expectant. But Tanja's empathetic manner enabled me to get involved in the situation. And what can I say, it was bombastic, it was intense, it was extremely emotional, it was unique and it was liberating. When do you meet yourself as a small child, see yourself vulnerable at the origin of things that shape the rest of your life. When does one have the opportunity to encourage oneself, to comfort, love and strengthen one's little vulnerable "I" and all this in a trance and yet fully conscious?! Also the coming back, the waking up is beautiful, because Tanja accompanied me gently and safely. I can recommend the coaching to anyone who carries something unwanted or something burdensome and wants to get rid of it. Of course, old behaviors are not just blown away, but I now know where to start, where the spiral has the exit and how to pick up and protect my little "I". You'd think that in your teens you wouldn't have any worries and have experienced situations that particularly shape you. But this is not true! I am almost 16 years old and I let myself be hypnotized. It all started when I was having trouble with my driver's license. I blacked out on each of my exams. In total there were four failed exams and that is of course also a thing that put a lot of stress on me psychologically and emotionally. Then one day my mother came across the thing with hypnosis and at that time I was at a point where I wanted to literally "throw down" my driver's license training. After much deliberation, I decided to give it a try. After all, what did I have to lose?
I was a bit skeptical at first, but quickly realized that I could trust Tanja. We first worked with the Yager Code and then pulled the root of the problem during hypnosis.
Overall, it was an unforgettable experience and I am very happy to have taken this unknown step. I would not say that it has changed me much, but I feel a lot more liberated. I realized that my value does not depend on my success. By letting go, I passed my driver's license a week later.
I would definitely recommend hypnosis at Bostalsee and the coaching with Tanja, because it is never too early to let go of your fears and worries, most of which you are not even aware exist.
