Thanks to her super-efficient style, we had our sale agreement signed just 4 weeks after our first contact with her, and we moved into our new home 2 weeks ago—approximately 3 months from when we started the process with her. We received excellent advice and support from Ms. Dick from start to finish!
From the budget calculation to the purchase of the property and finally the conclusion of the loan agreement including subsidies, she was always available, honest and friendly.
They worked out an individually tailored financing concept and always stood up for the customer. They were never pushy and yet were a big step ahead of the competition in terms of speed, availability and customer focus.
We can really recommend Ms. Dick with a clear conscience!

Elisabeth with Thorsten made really good job with my contract. I got always the best options , and their offer was always better then other offers from other company. For extra, they could answer for all questions maximum in 1 day but most of time immediately.

Hypo-Check was recommended to us by friends when we were looking for real estate financing for our own home. This was our first attempt and we were unsure about the process and the details. The advice and also the process management by Ms. Dick was simply great and we knew at all times what was pending, who had to obtain which documents by when and what to expect in the next step. We were very satisfied with her advice and the overall communication and will definitely come back to you if we have another property!

P.S. To be on the safe side, we also asked our house bank. A difference like night and day... the first information they gave us was that they only had exactly one hour for us. The communication then simply fell asleep and they didn't even follow up.

Our advisor was very competent and had a lot of experience in the area of construction financing. They always acted in the interests of the borrower to ensure that the bank and the loan were an optimal fit for the construction project. We had to go through several rounds, as the property exchange took over a year. Our advisor always kept us up to date. We have now found the perfect loan for us, even at a very difficult time for private construction projects.
