Isabelle was incredibly helpful from the very start, assisting with the affordability certificate during the house search all the way through to the Bank Loan Contract. She was always approachable and quick to respond. We relied on her expertise to secure the best deal with the bank for our home loan, as well as to find suitable insurance coverage for both the loan (mortgage and life insurance) and the property itself, ensuring all potential damages were covered.

Overall, our experience was stress-free, which was very important to us. We highly recommend Isabelle—she is fluent in both German and English, which is especially beneficial for foreigners, like me, who may not be fluent in German.

Ms. Helme is very friendly and you have the feeling that you are in good hands with her. She responds quickly and takes care of all matters. I have already handled two follow-up financings through her. Everything was super fast and smooth. My previous financial advisors were often just out to make a profit and get everything done quickly without answering any questions. In addition to her professional knowledge, Ms. Helme also impressed us with her friendly and helpful manner. She was always able to offer us a quick appointment and responded quickly to our email inquiries. The consultation appointments were comprehensive and informative. She took the time we needed and answered all our questions.
