The collaboration with Fabian Wecking works smoothly and incredibly quickly. The process from the first meeting to the notarization took just 4 months. The selected property in Lübeck is also very promising. I was particularly impressed that Fabian negotiated with the developer to cover the notary fees. All in all, I am very satisfied.

The consultation with Fabian Wecking was really excellent. All points were dealt with and always communicated at eye level, if there were any unanswered questions you quickly got a competent answer and Fabian was not too bad to make an appointment spontaneously. The selection of the property fully corresponded to my wishes and budget and I have thus found a good introduction to the topic of real estate.

I bought my first property together with Mr. Matthias Otto, it was almost a smooth transaction. Because I am self-employed, there was a longer waiting period to find suitable financing and we had to postpone the first scheduled notary appointment until later. However, this was probably to my advantage, as the interest rates had a small reduction and I probably became cheaper than expected.
Mr. Otto was a pleasure to work with. He answered my questions to my complete satisfaction and if there were several questions, there was also an appointment within a few days where we could discuss them. I was always kept up to date regarding the processing and/or postponements/arrangements.

If it should come to another capital investment, I would like to work with Mr. Otto again.

We have just bought our first property as an investment and are very satisfied!
Andy Piechota and Jan Nettelmann and their team provided us with wonderful support from the initial cautious idea to the actual realization.

All open questions were clarified for us literally around the clock, answered immediately in a friendly and competent manner or followed up with the seller.
We were perfectly guided through the entire initial process without any major effort on our part. What was particularly great was that we were lucky enough to negotiate incredibly good conditions and interest rates and even extend them again thanks to their special efforts.

A great decision for us and an important step for our future.
Would we do it again? Definitely yes! ;)

Very satisfied with the work and commitment of Matthias Otto! He was nice, funny, always approachable and supported us at all times!
He was also with us at the notary's office and really accompanied us every step of the way!

In addition, Philipp Kattlun also managed and accompanied the entire process!

Further praise goes to Jessica Steudter, who overcame every hurdle with kindness and perseverance and was therefore able to secure us the best offers possible, even if it wasn't the easiest process.

My personal contact at Immobilienaufbau Team is Alexander Hegers. I have already bought my second property from him. Alexander provided me with professional support from the first contact to the signing of the contract. He even took care of the bank financing. I provided him with all the necessary documents and he took care of the rest. It is definitely a collaboration at eye level. Very professional and individual advice, in which the wishes and ideas for the right property were also taken into account.
All the necessary steps from the property presentation to the notary appointment were discussed with me in detail and my consultant Fabian Wecking was always available to answer any questions.
