In addition, I had the notary appointment with my girlfriend today with only a verbal commitment for the financing. I also found it irritating that I primarily received the e-mails, although my girlfriend and I purchased the property in equal parts. I would have imagined this differently and would have liked to have something in writing on hand. From the customer's point of view, I would wish for the future that I would be given a red thread for the individual steps when acquiring a follow-up property. So that I myself can understand where we are in the implementation of the project.
