I have arranged a visit to my property in Ticino. I drove 7 hours for this visit. I gave all the house documents to Mr. Camata from ImmoSky in Pambio - Noranco.
Only after 4 weeks and several telephone inquiries the contract finally arrived.
After 4 weeks I doubted the seriousness, if the contract already goes so long how will it go on with the sale? Have not signed at the end of the contract. Now weeks later I still have not received my documents back despite several emails and phone calls. Really very bad does not even deserve a star.

The consultant does not forward offers to sellers. I have never seen such a consultant.

I also liked the inspections of the property that he carried out independently in contact with my tenant, and the presentation of the property for sale on the Internet.
I had virtually no trouble of my own with the preparation of the notary contract, etc.: in this respect, too, he managed everything for me in the best possible way.
