Admittedly, at first we were almost tempted to put our trust in the estate agent with the highest price promise. But then Mr. Wallisch came into the picture and everything changed.

It was clear from the start that Mr. Wallisch was different. His estimate may not have been at the top end of the scale, but it was honest and comprehensible. His website and the documents not only looked great, but were also extremely informative. Mr. Wallisch really took the time to go through the figures with us and showed us how he arrived at his price. That really convinced us.

He has a really human way about him and involved us directly in the valuation of our property - and really took time for us. He showed us step by step how the sales price was arrived at, even if our own ideas were somewhat different at the beginning. When he then showed us the valuation from the banks' perspective, we were initially quite surprised because the value was even lower.
