2 days "Social competence in conflict". If a lecturer/trainer can do THAT, then Mr. Gewalt can. I was inspired by his fresh, relaxed and at the same time serious way of imparting knowledge. Never before have I laughed so much and learned so much in a seminar. Simply great.
Mr. Gewalt imparts knowledge in a special way. There are people in this world who simply read it off and fulfill their minimum requirements. However, this is not the case with Mr. Gewalt. He likes to link it to current topics like Halloween. He asked about the origin and similar aspects. We initially thought it was mere small talk, but that was far from the case. Mr. Gewalt cleverly packaged it so that it was always related to the subject matter. Not everyone can do that, and I particularly appreciate that about Mr. Gewalt.
Mr. Gewalt imparted his knowledge through his calm, level-headed manner. He involved the participants at all times and did so in a way that inspired my trust in him right from the start. I found his way of imparting knowledge to be very pleasant, serious and professional. To clarify the learning content, he brought examples from his personal life and presented them in a short and crisp way. Mr. Gewalt made a good impression in his role as a trainer. I would go to his seminar again and can highly recommend him.

Mr. Gewalt did not come across as a teacher in any way, but rather as one of us. This created trust and it was easier to address one's own problem. I was in a group of 6 people, which was optimally chosen by the number. The topics were conveyed in a clear and understandable way. I will definitely come again.
A very constructive seminar, with the possibility to bring in own topics without going beyond the scope. It is fun to interact with Mr. Gewalt. No raised forefinger but coaching at eye level. Gladly again and again!
