Inspiring workshop with Ingolf Ernst

I had the pleasure of taking part in a workshop led by Ingolf Ernst.

Ingolf Ernst proved to be a charismatic and knowledgeable coach right from the start. I was particularly impressed by his ability to explain complex topics in an understandable way. Ingolf structured the workshop in a clear and engaging way, which led to a smooth process.

Ingolf's empathetic approach to the participants helped to create a positive working atmosphere. His willingness to respond to individual needs created a supportive environment that optimized the results process. By integrating facilitation techniques, Ingolf was able to make the workshop not only informative but also extremely inspiring.

I was particularly impressed by Ingolf's ability to encourage open communication. The interactive elements of the workshop enabled a lively exchange between the participants and contributed to dynamic communication.

Certainly, there are other competent coaches besides Mr. Ernst. But such authentic and empathetic people who have a genuine interest in their counterpart, as is the case with Mr. Ingolf Christian Ernst, are generally scarce. Simply great, when both special competence and genuine humanity are available to solve problems and accompany you on your way!

Mr. Ernst conducted the coaching sympathetically and in every area competently and authentically. The coaching with him was at all times pleasant and at the same time goal-oriented. As
I found it very positive that Mr. Ernst was always prepared for the upcoming sessions in a professional and structured manner, and was also able to spontaneously respond to other individual needs. The elaborations and the approach to the properties to be improved were excellent. Characterized by apt and targeted tips with great lasting effect on the personality. I particularly enjoyed the work on the personal level and the new thought-provoking impulses. These were successfully deepened among other things by role plays. Targeted thinking tasks led to changes in my way of thinking and my own behavior. I have implemented these changes in a very positive way. I still like to think back to the coaching. Without his help I would not be where I am now. Reflected and further developed. Progress that would not have been possible on my own. Especially worth mentioning is his ability to think his way into complex human situations and to derive individual solutions for the individual case, which, with the practical implementation, led to the first significant and noticeable successes.
For me the coaching with Mr. Ernst was an absolute success. I would do another one with him at any time - a clear recommendation also to others!

Ingolf provides a pleasant atmosphere for conversation, in which one likes to communicate, open up and share problems. Humanly and professionally absolutely recommendable!

What fascinates me are his questions. Layer by layer he penetrates to the core of a problem or an issue, always taking into account the needs of the customer.
