The advice for my windows, or patio door was clear and not intrusive. Mr. Kriesch gave me valuable advice and tips, as I am the owner of 2 pussycats. It was carefully measured. The offer came 2days later..... After 2weeks came a mail, where I could choose a free date. Punctually came the gentleman to insert the windows and patio door... After a little less than an hour 4windows and a swing door were inserted... So I imagine customer service. Thank you to all involved, I am very satisfied and will gladly recommend you.

Mr. Köhler was the 3rd insect protection professional who took on our windows. The other two left idly because they could not find a solution to our problem - window frame too narrow, no attachment possible. Fortunately, Mr. Köhler immediately had a suitable solution - very competent advice. Very friendly, processing went smoothly. And compared to the other providers, even cheaper. I was positively surprised when I received the offer. Finally our insect problem is solved.
