We rented a TeamSpeak from Instanthost to better share our infrastructure. However, we wanted to connect our forum to the TeamSpeak server with a plugin so that users would automatically receive their ranks. The whole thing didn't work at the beginning, because our webserver was always locked. The support took care of this problem immediately and the problem could be solved in a short time.

I've been a customer of Instant Host for a few months, since there were only problems with another provider. I have collected in the whole time actually no negative experiences and am extremely satisfied with the server! It runs smoothly even when several people with many mods play on it, and when there were problems, they were fixed very quickly. Tickets are answered super fast (even on Sundays) and help is always offered on the Discord server.
I can only recommend Instant Host!

I actually just wanted a game server to play a little with friends, but it was not as easy as I had imagined. Fortunately, the support was able to help me and I had answers to my questions within a few hours. There is even a community Discord where I was helped very quickly. The web interface makes the servers very easy to use.
I have nothing to complain about and am more than convinced of the price-performance ratio.

Have been renting MineCraft server from Instant-Host since 2018, and purchased a Life-Time server in June 2020.
Unfortunately, the server was no longer accessible. After active communication Instant-Host reacted very customer-oriented and moved the server to a new IP address.
Price / performance of the servers (life-time and also rented) are bespiellos. Here other hosters could take an example. The servers run stable and the down-times (maintenance etc.) are marginal to non-existent.
And if you have problems, the customer support is fast and friendly.
Since not all that glitters is gold, I must unfortunately note that I found it very unfortunate that with my problem the fault was largely sought with myself. But now well. The error has been fixed.
This shows, very positively, that you only notice how good a company is when problems arise.
