Anja is a person of the heart. She works efficiently and quickly and does so with her charming, loving manner. Unique and wonderful in my eyes. Sometimes I thought to myself "has she been hiding under my bed for years or how does she conjure up all the issues that need a solution so specifically on the table?"... Simply unbelievable how quickly you can reach your goal with her!

Anja is a wonderfully warm person who is infectious with her zest for life. We were able to soak up some of her years of experience with the wingwave method during the training, which was great! Everything we needed for a good start was included in what felt like a short training period. I'm already looking forward to the next seminar, which has already been booked at the wonderful Institut Wunderbar.

I know Anja from her training as a wingwave coach. Even the contact when I registered in advance was super friendly. The training was great, with lots of room for practicing and trying things out. I did the Well-Being Guide training with Anja and for me it was an enriching experience, a personal journey and a magical time full of insights, during which I learned so much about myself and put it into practice.
My personal highlight is or was that you can reach your goal very quickly with the great methods you learn in the training and that they can and, above all, are so effective.
My expectations were more than fulfilled. I was aware that I was embarking on a personal journey, but the fact that I had so many positive "aha" moments was the best part of the training for me.
My motivation to complete the Well-Being Guide training with Anja was that I had been coached by her myself and I was so enthusiastic about this method. It was clear to me: I WANT TO DO THAT. I always say that if you haven't experienced it yourself, you can't judge it.
My life and view of my behavior has changed so much for the better. I used to think why some things happen to me that shouldn't happen or that I don't want to happen. Today I know: "Aha stop, rethink your way of thinking, rethink your behavior, rethink the situation." When I reflect on myself, only then do I ask myself: Where is the gift behind it? - This great question came from the lovely Anja and I have adopted it myself.
And for me, training is a gift. I never wanted to be at the same point, I wanted to get further in life. The training helps me to develop my personality.
Today I know that this training has opened so many doors for me, such as "self-employment". For me personally, this is one of the most important priorities in my life.
I didn't really have any doubts about the training itself, as I knew I was being trained by a good mentor. I only had one thought and that was whether I would be able to fit everything in (work, child, single parent, household). Anja is really so flexible and competent that she picks up everyone where they are. Above all, she listens to your heart's desires and makes compromises. I appreciate that (and much more) so much about Anja.
I would really recommend this training to anyone. The decisive factor is that you should be ready and have the will to accept this personal journey.

For years I lived with my depression and tried to learn how best to cope with it. The dark shadow was always with me. By chance, as I was looking for help for my son, I came across Anja. When I first spoke to her on the phone, I was impressed because she came across as so likeable. This was completely confirmed at the first face-to-face meeting. Even though my son hasn't wanted to accept the help so far, we did the coaching on me and what can I say.... A new attitude to life. Anja has lifted an invisible burden from me. I can now deal with stressful situations in a more relaxed way. Life has become easier. And through super pleasant appointments with her. You feel totally welcome. There's nothing to be embarrassed about. She is simply WONDERFUL. And she has performed a huge miracle for me. I thank her from the bottom of my heart. I can contact her at any time if I need help. I recommend her to everyone. Now I just hope that one day my son will be ready to accept the help she could give him when he is ready.

I had gotten to know wingwave as a new experience and had no expectations. The fact that I couldn't travel by bus or train, let alone airplane, was very limiting. And now even taking the subway (previously unthinkable!) is possible without any problems. I am so grateful! And I can wholeheartedly recommend it.

A week of learning, cleaned up inside because I tried out the new tools, and reorganized! A training with Anja is so much more than just a string of techniques and tools. I can heartily recommend the wingwave young training with Anja because she sees everyone and is present. She lives what she teaches and has an incredible treasure of practical experience that she has given us. I am already excited to use the new tools and techniques with my clients.

Anja is absolutely authentic and manages to incorporate her own experiences, whether positive or negative, vividly into her teaching. A human and sympathetic trait that makes the difference from "Very good" to "Excellent".
