In my many years as a medical masseur and pain therapist, I have experienced that even chronic complaints can be significantly improved in the short term and even completely eliminated in the medium to long term.
As a career changer from emergency medicine, I combine my background in conventional medicine with the latest methods from physical-medical therapy, as well as alternative treatment concepts, in order to achieve the greatest possible success for my patients.
The combination of different forms of therapy, my fascination for the miracle of the body, my knowledge of nutritional interrelationships and ultimately my ability to "read" the body, has already helped many patients to freedom from pain and movement, who no longer even believed in it.
My focus is on the person. Not the method.
For me, this means that the method must adapt to the person, his physical structures and the prevailing symptoms and not vice versa.
This requires teamwork of therapist and patient on the one hand and on the other hand the therapist's fine sense of which approach is the right key. Especially in the case of chronic complaints, it often takes a combination of different approaches to flip the switch and permanently change the status quo.
Targeted mobilization massages, simple exercises, as well as a supportive diet in combination with well-chosen minerals are the elementary building blocks to become permanently free of complaints and to lead an active life with joy in movement again.

I have been in regular treatment here for years, because since an acute injury to my cervical spine in 2015 I have needed a therapist who is able to think outside the box and works across methods and holistically.
