Julia knows how to lovingly accompany you in the coaching process with her non-judgmental, authentic and fresh manner.
Her approach is exceptionally professional, she senses what you really need in order to get to really deep-seated beliefs and blockages and dissolve them with ease.
Julia accompanies and changes in a way that is deeply touching and has given me an enormously safe space. I thank her from the bottom of my heart for helping me grow in this way!

I was able to experience Julia in individual coaching and at her unique workshop event. Rarely does one feel so quickly at ease as in the space she creates for her participants. A place for healing, insight, strength for new paths and steps, meeting yourself, but also other wonderful people. She guides and directs you in a loving, but also energetically powerful way in a very short time to patterns or things that you can "look at" again and helps you in different ways to overcome your own limits. At the end of the event, I was more inspired than I had been for a long time and was able to take a few things with me into my everyday life. Many thanks dear Julia!

Working with Julia was, as always, an absolute blessing. At the constellation seminar she led the individual constellations excellently and at the same time held the room. I'm really looking forward to the next seminar, also because Julia has a knack of bringing together exactly the right people.

Julia is a very likeable, warm person full of energy and we clicked right from the start. I have the privilege of conducting the masterclass with Julia on a 1:1 basis. For which I am incredibly grateful. The mixture of workbook tasks including videos to work intensively with yourself and the 1:1 live calls with Julia are a great mix. After just a short time, Julia is able to assess me so well and the conversations are very personal. Through her own experiences and everyday tips as well as the versatile techniques, I quickly had AHA moments and the first positive changes. She leads me down paths where I hadn't looked before. The great thing is that the tips and approaches can be implemented immediately in everyday life and are not just theory. I look forward to continuing our journey together.

The constellation seminar was so valuable for me. I was able to gain so many insights for myself and my life that I am simply grateful that Julia does this work in depth. With her warm manner and her experience, I felt very well looked after and safe at all times. The setting of the seminar was also wonderful again, from the location to the catering to the course - simply great. Thank you Julia for giving us this experience.

Julia has helped me incredibly in all areas of my life. She showed me how important it is to live your feelings and emotions and, above all, to show them. She has helped me a lot to go through my fears so that they no longer block me, but instead I recognize them, allow them and go through them.

I am a different person today with everything she has taught me. I am much more aware of myself and my environment, my fellow human beings. I can feel my body again and I can allow my feelings. I can only recommend anyone who wants to change something in their life, is unhappy or wants to move forward to get support from Julia. You only have this one life, it's time to change😘

Julia has created something truly extraordinary with this event. The dedication and love with which she realizes her vision is truly admirable. Through the event I rediscovered my longings and allowed myself to dream big again. I immediately felt comfortable and welcomed. The mixture of dance and content is something completely new. Julia's work has completely changed my life. I have become stronger and more relaxed.

Julia Frisch always manages to hit the nail on the head, whether in a team, in workshops or in individual coaching. You can tell every second how important what she does is to her and how much joy and fun she has doing it. She has internalized all her training and further education from the last few years in such a way that she can react spontaneously to current changes and topics at any time, whether in a workshop or in individual coaching. In my opinion, this makes her an extremely important and valuable trainer, because not many people have this gift. All of this, coupled with her open, honest, direct and particularly warm manner, helps you move forward very quickly.

Makes the difference!
Clear and well-founded advice, training and coaching. My employees and I always felt safe, in good hands and well supported. Auch beim Gruppencoaching zeigt Julia bei den einzelnen Teilnehmer*innen Lösungsansätze auf. Diese Lösungsansätze werden jedoch nicht vorgegeben sondern man wird durch eine persönliche Selbstreflexion hingeführt. Diese neuen Erkenntisse können dann im Arbeitsprozess bzw. privat sofort umgesetzt werden. Besonders durch die Empathie und natürlichen Ausstrahlung wird beim Coaching durch Julia eine vertrauensvolle Gesprächsatmosphäre aufgebaut bei der man sich wohlfühlt.

Julia ist nicht nur ein toller Coach sondern auch eine wahnsinnig inspirierende Frau. Sie hat ein breit gefächertes Wissen, dass sich in viele Bereiche erstreckt: Coachingmethoden, Meditation, Energiearbeit, Gesundheit, Ernährung sind nur einige Themen über die ich mich mit ihr im Rahmen meines Coachings ausgetauscht habe. In ihrem Coaching habe ich mich aufgehoben und verstanden gefühlt. Ihr einfühlsames Vorgehen und ihre zielgerichteten Fragen haben mich zu einem tieferen Verständnis von mir selbst gebracht und die Lösung einiger festgefahrener Themen unterstützt.
