Nach dem Telefonat habe ich sofort zu morgen ein Termin bekommen und die Techniker waren sehr freundlich , haben den Fehler auch gezeigt und erklärt wie man es vermeidet. Sie nahmen die Maschine mit und ich bekam die Maschine innerhalb von 3 Tagen zurück. Meine Waschmaschine wurde angeschlossen und nochmal Vorort getestet.

Ich kann diese Firma nur weiterempfehlen.

Ich war sehr zufrieden mit der Reparatur. Ich habe in Berlin dringend eine Firma gesucht nachdem meine Waschmaschine den Geist aufgegeben hat. Für die super netten jungs, die sehr schnell zu erreichen waren, war das kein Problem. Schnelle Ankunft nach 15 Minuten und Arbeitszeit war auch sehr schnell. Lieben Dank nochmal
