Nice reception at the dealership. Short waiting time until the car was accepted. Expert advice on repairing the Opel. All agreements were kept, such as price, completion and scope of repair. Overall great service in Köpenick.

Friendly employee during the consultation. Negative incident: When I signed the contract for the car, a day later it was still for sale online and even cheaper than I had paid. This was a very annoying incident for me, as they didn't lower the price for the sale either. On a positive note, my advisor provided me with new M+S tires as a credit. At least that was a concession.

The ratings are for our Grandland! But we still have a Tigra T T with you since the beginning of January, which is ready for pressing, because you are not able to get and install a door lock + ignition lock.
We ask you to do this as soon as possible! We don't want to wait another 3 months.
