The Voigt law firm was recommended to me by Brandenburg, as the Voigt law firm probably handles a lot of cases here. Contacts always nice and friendly, how could it be otherwise.
In December 2020 a car drove into my parked car. The lost legal dispute ended in January 2024.
Very slow processing, letters sometimes arrived weeks later, no great effort. No effort to stand up for clients.

Since I live in France and am also a French citizen, it was not so trivial.

If I could, I wouldn't award a single star.
My friend got a speeding ticket and was threatened with a point. We found out about the law firm on the Internet. At the beginning everything went quickly, whether we had legal expenses insurance, etc. No sooner said than done & a letter was sent to the fining authority with a deadline. We were told to wait, which we did. A whole two months passed before we received a letter from our insurance company. It was about the termination of the proceedings and so on. At this point, the insurance company knew more or less about the case than we did. So I tried to write to the law firm & to call them. I asked for an explanation. I got a vague statement & then nothing again. To this day, I have not received any detailed information.
Result: After 4 months, my friend gets the point, the insurance company pays the lawyer a lot of money, it has brought nothing. And then you get an email thanking you for your cooperation. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Suffered an accident in 2021 November - to this day the insurer has not received all the documents from the Voigt law firm - not even the police report ... less protection of a mandate is hardly possible and the legal assistants complain that they are only exploited as mini-jobbers and this with me, when I am only a client ... It's all very strange.

The law firm was referred to us by the car dealership because we had damage to our company lease car caused by a third party. The law firm was not able to obtain information from the car dealership in a timely manner. It was also not possible to speak to the law firm personally about the damage in a timely manner. We also had to report the damage to the lessor ourselves, as no one from the law firm took action for weeks. The only thing that was achieved was what was legally clear from the start anyway. Without the law firm, the whole process would have been easier, as we would have taken care of settling the claim ourselves in conjunction with the dealership. So we simply waited and had to take action ourselves after contacting the dealership. I can't understand where the law firm's service took place. I can really only advise against using the law firm in such a clear-cut case as ours.

Taking over free of charge with existing legal expenses insurance is a scam. The fine proceedings were discontinued, but years later there are still invoices that far exceed the original fine. This means further legal disputes and costs. Better to simply pay the fine.

I recommend simply paying the much cheaper fine.

I can recommend the firm 100%. They took care of everything immediately. All my questions were answered in a timely manner. I didn't have to worry about anything.
