In the 3 seminars I attended with her, she aroused my curiosity to leave the beaten track of sales and try out new concepts in sales so that it becomes an event for the customer, who feels welcome and valued. This is how you gain satisfied regular customers who remember the expertise of the sales staff and the company brand that is represented in a positive way and are happy to come back.
For me, this also applies to attending other Katrin Gugl seminars.

I have little contact with the other managers in my normal day-to-day work, so this seminar was very valuable for me. The group work in particular brought us closer together as a team. The practical examples were very valuable for me. The seminar was filled with life in every area.
Now we have to incorporate what we learned into our normal day-to-day business.
The only mango: we only had 1.5 days, which was not enough for all the material. All the more reason for us to look forward to a follow-up seminar!
