The cat house is very solidly built and is therefore a warmer place for our cats to sleep and retreat even in sub-zero temperatures. I have also put in a self-heating blanket. The ventilation slits are sufficient. All in all, I am satisfied.

Hello dear Katzenhaus-Shop employees, I haven't had such a positive buying experience for a long time. I was taken care of - if I had any questions. I was even answered when the store was officially closed. My feedback about a broken foot due to miserable transportation (fault of the transport company!) was also accepted and I was sent a new foot without any problems or fuss. The package even included a great screwdriver. Sincere thanks for everything - the house is great and the service is second to none. Keep up the good work! Best regards, Suse

I had a few questions about the cat house at the beginning. The employee on the phone was super friendly and explained everything to me patiently and calmly. The delivery went without a hitch. The house arrived without any damage. The assembly is easy, as it even comes with a small multitool, which I am also completely delighted with :-). The Momy cat house is a real eye-catcher on our patio. Our stray loves the sun terrace, but she is still afraid of the flap.
All in all, a wonderful and well thought-out cat home for outdoor cats who also want to sleep outside at night.

This house of cards is one of the few models where I have the feeling that it does not fall apart immediately. Very solid workmanship and very good insulation worthy of the name insulation complete the overall picture.

In answering various technical and practical questions, the cat store was always very helpful to me. In this way, I was able to get various questions answered that are related to a cat house. This be very important to me, as this is my 1st cat.

Also the implementation of special requests, with me it is an additional cat flap, has been easily feasible in a fair price-performance ratio.

We purchase the XXL cat house with chip door. The overall work on the house is really good. I was disapointed to see that the inside bottom layer of the house was not fully covering the middle layer, about 1cm shorter on the length of the house, under the door. I would add a photo but there is no option here to do that.
As sugestion, maybe the door to be a bit higher, to be able to put a cat bed in it and to be applied on the side of the house. A possibility to add special pet warming mat in it would be also a plus.
Otherwise, very good and solid product.
