I was pleasantly surprised by the young professional team in the workshop and the competent and friendly advice during the sale and especially the humane and polite management. Can only recommend Hödl.
Despite the binding agreement on the repair of a defect, this was not fixed. Several appointments could not be met and once I was unkindly complimented by the workshop despite the agreed date. I was put off and stalled.
After I had the defect repaired in a specialist workshop, the amount has not been reimbursed to date, despite the agreement.
Repairs are still outstanding!
I will not recommend this dealer.
