Hello, I am 55 years old and no longer a newbie as a coaching client....
...Monika offers a high-end coaching of superlatives. Not only does she know how to exploit the existing potential of her clients through her high level of expertise and her sensitivity for the sensitive issues of each individual, but also her human and captivating manner is to be absolutely emphasized!
As a coach, Monika will always find the causes, no matter how well hidden, of undesirable effects, of course one must be open to this.
In the case of my issues concerning finances and relationships, very positive results were achieved in a very short time.
As I am training to be a coach, I am fortunate to be able to learn the tools that Monika uses herself. Applied in self-coaching, one also achieves excellent results in a very short time!
No matter if you use "Life is like a mirror" or the "Daily Programming" or other medidative exercises, it works.
For me, living near Salzburg, the way to the training seminars is no problem, as they ideally take place on weekends.
I have been attending since April 2023 and I will become a mental coach myself after the training.

After thinking about it for a long time, I decided to do the training with Monika and in retrospect I am very happy about it. The training weekends were well planned, exciting and above all I felt very very comfortable in the group. Monika is very pleasant as a trainer with her open and helpful nature. I especially liked her own meditations, very relaxing.

In my opinion, there could be a few more training blocks, in order to stay well "on" and thus in the energy. Because the energies in the studio were really very nice.

I will continue with the training weekends and I look forward to new content.

Through the training with Monika, spirituality becomes something "normal" that belongs to life. The training as a coach in mental strength and communication helps to clean up your own life and to get a suitcase of tools to be able to pass on a lot to other people.
