The stamp system prompted many students to come to the stand, but to show a complete lack of interest. It would be better without and also without "give away's", as the "tapping" was also very much in focus here. The students were poorly attuned to the topic, at least in the morning. Unfortunately, there were very few good conversations.

Thank you very much for your feedback. I completely agree with you, the campaign with the stamps did not have the desired effect that we had intended. This was a request from Osnabrück, which we followed with interest. We then came to the same conclusion that this was no longer necessary in this form. I'm pleased that you otherwise enjoyed your stay with us.

Great event with very good organization. Good support in the run-up, on the day of the event and afterwards. Very pleasant atmosphere on site. Activation of the students by playing table football with potential training companies. All exhibitors have the same trade fair presence, it's not about which company has the "better" stand. Great cooperation on site.
Very good catering.
All in all, a great and recommendable event.

It would be great if there was a second part. You did a really good job with the explanations. It would be cool, for example, to present training plans or similar and perhaps also various tables and show training practices on the respective tables. :)

I fell in love with the Career Kick concept incredibly quickly. However, I couldn't even begin to imagine how detailed and perfectly thought-out and coordinated the concept is. The Career Kick is by far the most innovative and sustainable way to bring training companies and students together in a fun way.

The morning went very well, even if it was due to the situation. One company with 3 students definitely makes more sense than 2 companies at the table in the afternoon.
Possibly should be reconsidered for next time that Friday is not an optimal day for a fair, especially Friday afternoon.

I found the handling of the morning (1 company / 3 students) much better. In the afternoon, the attention of the students was divided between two companies and you basically only came into contact with the student in your own team - this is less attractive and meaningful.

We are very open to the mode, but it is sometimes a challenge for the companies to deal with 3 students at the same time.
