The explanatory videos are great. I had zero idea about newsletter marketing at the beginning and got really good at it after 1 week. The support is very friendly, helpful and competent. There are even live coaching support calls, which I haven't used yet. Really top!!

It is advertised that every beginner needs the tool, and then after the webinar to sell the luxury super model, which really does not need every beginner right from the start.
NO start-up entrepreneur buys a Rolls-Royce right from the start, but a vehicle that gets him through the city quickly and dryly is enough for now, and a Renault Twizzy or Smart is also enough.

Support has too little experience, you get misinformation, after the 3rd support staff still no solution to the problem. Error is pushed to connection of the third-party provider and they always want to sell me only the most expensive KlickTipp version. no thanks! Now I change the provider.

I am massively disturbed that I can not create unlimtier products at Digistore24 and connect with Klick Tipp.
Even with expensive tariffs, this is severely limited.
In addition, the whole software is extremely confusing.
To build a funnel via the funnel builder has nir worked for me, for example.
Sad 😢
Actually, I'm very good at this kind of thing.
With my new provider, everything works now.
