KompetenzZentrum gave me a mortgage, and I am very grateful for that. And I am also satisfied with the role that KZ played in relation to Schwäbisch Hall. But due to my inexperience as a builder and the lack of support, I didn't do enough planning after the house was built (garage entrance, patio, L-bricks, garden design).

We are very satisfied, from start to finish we were accompanied and advised in a very friendly and competent manner. All processes were checked and monitored very conscientiously and reliably for our safety. Deadlines were met on time. What was very important for us was that there was always a contact person ready to answer our questions and we were helped very quickly. Mail sent ( emails, Watsapp) was forwarded very quickly to the responsible person and a response was never long in coming. I would recommend the competence center in Kastellaun at any time. Thank you again for the friendly advice and handling.

We can recommend the Competence Center to anyone who wants advice on credit matters. The management as well as all employees are very nice and helpful. Thanks to the Competence Center, we were able to fulfill our wish for a home of our own. We would be advised again at any time and have even found a great insurance consultant in the house.

We are more than satisfied with the service. Nowadays you usually never know which office needs where and when, and the ladies and gentlemen from the Competence Center help a lot! We hardly had to do anything ourselves, the documents were prepared and only submitted for signature. Even if we were contacted by offices that this and that is still missing, simply forward the mail and it is already taken care of.

Even with questions were always there and have given an understandable answer and not technical jargon.
