I very much appreciated the regular notification of all activities by means of tracking via the Internet.
However, I appreciated the cooperation with Ms. Wostal even more. I have rarely experienced such a friendly and competent contact person. Happy is the boss who has a Mrs. Wostal. She is the pearl in the oyster! I can only congratulate Mr. Kotthoff on his employee.
They are altogether a good team.
Thank you for your good and professional work and for the nice present. You have also shown skill there by meeting my taste exactly.

Kotthoff Immobilien not only advised us very well on the sale of our property and stood by us, but also actively supported us with problems that arose during the sales process. And that free of charge! Since we live far away from the point of view of the property, a management of the house was mandatory. Kotthoff Immobilien reliably took over and carried out this task. The consultation was impeccable, realistic, friendly and reliable. The pending problems were solved. We felt very well represented and our interests were safeguarded. After minor initial difficulties, the mediation of the sale of a plot of land/house went without further problems. Particularly noteworthy is the permanent information about the current state of the sales efforts.

Mr. Kotthoff is able to put the individual advantages/special features of a property/house in the foreground and to let more negative aspects appear/be accordingly as background. In addition, Mr. Kotthoff has an extensive circle of people interested in buying, with whom or for whom he has already brokered several purchases/sales. This leads to a fast and uncomplicated handling in case of corresponding interest; so also in our case.

We thank Mr. Kotthoff for the mediation and believe that you are also well advised to engage him as a broker.
