I have commissioned the law firm Ghendler Ruvinskij to reclaim contributions from my health insurance company. I am insured with DKV. DKV regularly increases the premiums with us, so I was happy to pay less per month and also wanted something back. The consultation at the beginning has m in prospect that I can get money back and according to the latest case law since 2022 can also lower the monthly contribution. I have instructed the law firm in March 2022.Yesterday there was then the judgment. After that, I pay just under 280 euros less per month and get back just under 6,000 euros. I am very satisfied with this. My wife's case is still ongoing (she is insured with Allianz), but the court has also announced a positive decision. I think the law firm is doing a very good job. The lawyers warned me that winning is not a matter of course, because the other side has a lot at stake. The communication with the law firm is good. The initial consultation was by telephone. Further communication was mainly in writing. It sometimes took a few days, but I always got a clear answer. Before the court dates, the lawyer called me and discussed with me what could happen. That's how it was. All in all a very good result. I can recommend the law firm.

The law firm helped me in my decision and provided me with comprehensive information. Thus I could give a clear positive feedback. The private insolvency is anyway already quite unpleasant and a not so great topic, but which was made easier by the friendly and realistic support.

Two years ago I came across the law firm KRAUS GHENDLER RUVINSKIJ and made use of their service after an initial telephone consultation. It was about the refund of overpaid contributions in the private health insurance.
