Had a really great experience here. The clinic is spotless and everyone was super friendly, from the front desk to the dentist. I was a bit nervous, but the dentist was so patient and explained everything clearly without rushing. Honestly couldn't fault it definitely recommend if you're looking for a good dentist.

Hi everyone. I went to Kristal Clinic with my wife, and we both had our dental work done. My treatment involved implants as I had missing and damaged teeth. I was worried about having a bad experience as I already have anxiety from dentists. But Kristal Clinic was on a different level, from the initial call over the phone with Pedro. My man. He is very helpful and explains every detail. And I asked too many questions, and he replied to every single one very patiently, informatively, and kindly. He was very transparent about the services and fees and the treatment plan options. So I was ready for all options before my visit.
Once I arrived at the airport, everything went as we planned. The driver was on time. The car was very comfortable and luxurious. Then we were dropped at the hotel, which was very nice and clean, and the room was great. Not like what I heard about small rooms or low-quality hotels when I spoke with other clinics. It was a very high-grand hotel, with a big room, very clean, and no noise, so I could relax for the treatment.
The next day, we had our first appointment. The clinic staff were very welcoming and friendly. We did our X-ray and spoke with the dentist. They spoke very good English. I took my time and asked the dentist about my concerns, and he explained everything to me about my treatment and what he was going to do to address my concerns.
The procedures were very smooth and comfortable. Even with the medicine, they helped and paid for it.
Now it is my second visit, and everything is complete. The result that I was dreaming of for more than 15 years has come true. I have finished my treatment. The dentist not only fixed all my problems and discomfort, but also covered things I wasn't aware of.
When it comes to full mouth treatment, I can finally eat and chew food comfortably, smile, and take pictures. I don't want to close my mouth or stop smiling.
Thank you, Kristal Clinic. It really changed my life and gave my smile back. No more embarrassment or hiding my smile.
