We ordered a built-in stove set online. A week later, I sent an email to customer service because I could no longer find the product on the website. I didn't receive a reply, so I tried to reach the store by phone, which I managed to do two days later. The lady was quite unfriendly and told us with a phrase of apology that it was an error of the EDP and the product was not available. No offer to pick out another stove for us, let alone offer us a discount or something similar as compensation. Never again.
