Die Planung war noch sehr gut und vielversprechend (der Mitarbeiter arbeitet dort aber nicht mehr).
Nach der Lieferung wurde die Küche sehr offensichtlich mangelhaft hergestellt (fehlende Glasrückwände, Schäden an Küche und Wänden ua) und trotzdem die letzte Anzahlung gefordert mit dem Bemerken, die Küche sei „an sich“ fertig (lediglich die gebrochene Herdplatte wurde als nachzubestellen zugestanden). Nach mehreren Mängelmeldungen wurde dann nach und nach einiges behoben, aber etwa ein offensichtlicher (und zunächst anerkannter) Kratzer in einem Kasten nicht - es wurde vielmehr wieder Geld gefordert.
Nach nun vier Monaten (anstatt einer angekündigten Montage in zwei oder drei Tagen im März 2023) war es uns zu dumm, weiter zuzuwarten und wir lassen den Rest jetzt von jemandem anderen machen. Im Detail wirkt die Verarbeitung leider nicht sorgfältig (zb Silikonfugen verschmiert).

From the first time we entered the kitchen studio of Jasmin and Christoph in Obergrafendorf, we felt comfortable and in good hands for our kitchen project. This feeling was not disappointed the whole time until completion. Jasmin responded to all wishes, gave suggestions for improvement, brought in her own ideas and so simply something beautiful was created - our new kitchen. Also the installation team can only be highlighted positively, the installers are not only very competent but also very friendly and committed. All in all, a top performance from planning to installation - simply recommended!!!!!

NIE WIEDER KÜCHE&,Co Graz!!! Wir haben den größten Fehler gemacht, wir haben die Küche vorab bezahlt. Leider warten wir auf die Fertigstellung unserer Küche bereits seit Juni 2022. Ich höre ständig vom Geschäftsführer entweder ",das weiß ich nicht", oder ",was kann ich denn dafür",. Unprofessionell, unverlässlich und arrogant… Bevor ihr ein Zent für die Küche&,Co ausgibt, würde ich an Eurer stelle das Geld aus dem Fenster wegwerfen!!!
