Five stars for exceptional service - pure recommendation!

Eight weeks ago, I took the plunge and ordered a new kitchen from Küche & Co, 1020 Vienna. What an outstanding decision! From the first moment of planning to the final installation of my kitchen, the experience with the team there was nothing less than first class.

The consultation at the kitchen planning office was impressive. Not only did they listen, but they actively turned all my wishes into reality. Every detail of my new kitchen was customized according to my ideas, without compromise. The promised deadlines were met reliably throughout, which is not a matter of course these days.

If you are looking for a kitchen that is far removed from standard solutions and if you value personal support and professional workmanship, then Küche & Co, 1020 Vienna, is the right place for you. I can recommend this studio without reservation and am convinced that every customer is in the best hands here.

The planning was still very good and promising (but the employee no longer works there).
After delivery, the kitchen was very obviously poorly manufactured (missing glass splashbacks, damage to the kitchen and walls, etc.) and yet the final deposit was demanded with the remark that the kitchen was "actually" finished (only the broken hob was conceded to be reordered). After several reports of defects, some things were then gradually repaired, but an obvious (and initially acknowledged) scratch in a cabinet was not - instead, money was demanded again.
After four months (instead of an announced installation in two or three days in March 2023), it was too stupid for us to wait any longer and we are now having the rest done by someone else. Unfortunately, the workmanship doesn't appear to be careful in detail (e.g. silicone joints smeared).

NIE WIEDER KÜCHE&,Co Graz!!! Wir haben den größten Fehler gemacht, wir haben die Küche vorab bezahlt. Leider warten wir auf die Fertigstellung unserer Küche bereits seit Juni 2022. Ich höre ständig vom Geschäftsführer entweder ",das weiß ich nicht", oder ",was kann ich denn dafür",. Unprofessionell, unverlässlich und arrogant… Bevor ihr ein Zent für die Küche&,Co ausgibt, würde ich an Eurer stelle das Geld aus dem Fenster wegwerfen!!!
