My experience from 2015-2016. I was particularly satisfied with the consultation appointment in the office. I was invited twice, here was filtered out what suits me and then visited. At the second appointment, we then went into more detail and evaluated a personalized, tax calculation. We also looked at the building description in detail and then selected the equipment for the 3 room apartment. The annual plan was very detailed and extensive, without the contact person I would not have understood this. My tax advisor also supported me and encouraged me to buy a first monument apartment. I am happy to have taken this step. Thank you for the good advice and thank you for your service. The old building was finished on time 11/27/2016 (even 4 days earlier than stated) and the promised rent was obtained. The quality has convinced me and maybe I will buy an apartment again in 2017 or 2018.
