I'm very happy with the apartment, only an elevator would be good, grin.
We are disappointed in the house, as we were let down when there was water in the cellar. No building dryer! Mold has spread. We had to dispose of things because of mold! And Sahle didn't get in touch. I even submitted photos of the hole in the wall and mold. At some point I only saw someone who was there to repair the wall. But nothing was done to dehumidify the basement - the smell was all over the hallway. We neighbors helped ourselves by leaving the windows and doors open to let it dry out.

Our local service lacks friendliness, courtesy and we are not satisfied. Many in our residential area are not at peace. We hear a lot because I have been living with my family for over 22 years. But Sahle housing in general is just great.

Unfortunately, for several years (!) I have been bothered by noise from the neighborhood below me, both during and outside of quiet hours. Apart from appeasement, nothing has been done. Notice should have been given long ago, but absolutely NOTHING is being done. The soundproofing is also totally inadequate. I can hear every word, every word of the tenant below me 100%. From my point of view, the soundproofing has been forgotten, but of course Sahle won't admit it. In addition, the bathroom is in an absolutely antiquated state, not even single-lever mixer taps are installed, which is absolutely standard today.

They send letters saying that my garden is not in order, I have one of the best-kept gardens here on the estate. If there is something to complain about, you should define it more specifically and not write, hedge, lawn, weeds, trees, because everything is fine, it can only be 1 shrub, but I cut it every year in the fall. It is a pity that our residential complex is still a construction site, we have been living here for 2 years, but our janitor is great, and the lanterns in front of the house could also burn when it is dark, otherwise you wouldn't have had to put them there.

I don't like the living environment, it's quite unclean, especially the situation with the garbage. Garbage is left everywhere when the garbage cans are full. Looks very unattractive and attracts rats.
Tradesman is unreliable as he doesn't call back to make appointments. Waiting for weeks for damage to be repaired.

The green areas facing the street are completely unkempt and there is no response to complaints.
The ground floor balconies are impossible to keep clean and just a sandpit with a few stones on it. The drainpipes end directly on the balcony, so that during heavy rain there is always a waterfall on the balcony.
