I regularly order my delicious Schlackwurst (usually directly by mail) it is as always very tasty and reminds me of my childhood, this time I had ordered greaves lard and can only say simply great.

I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR SMOKED GOOSE BREAST FOR FOUR MONTHS! I LIVE IN NRW:LAND OF SAUSAGES AND HAM ! ONCE UPON A TIME! eating and drinking is a catastrophe here, all the products that played a big role in nrw have gone down the drain because the meat trade has failed to uphold its traditions!!!

I have ordered a presentation basket online that does not match the ad on request I was told they could no longer send the basket pictured because it would be too expensive I got an inferior basket only the basket not the content is different I do not know if I order another basket if I then get the one pictured.

We have ordered here for the first time and are very surprised by the delicious products.
The rib roast mecklenburger style is second to none and here even the sauce tastes good (not like other suppliers where it is a ready-made sauce).have also already enjoyed the Soljanker, where you don't have to add seasoning (but that's a matter of taste)Thanks again for the pleasure and we will be shopping here again soon

Super fast shipping, secure packaging and the braised goose, the lard, the sausages - all super tasty. Great selection of game meat and sausages at absolutely correct prices. I also think it's very fair that the parcel delivery is free from €40. I will definitely order again, or preferably visit the store.

We ordered from Landfleischerei Schmelzer for the first time this year for Christmas. Super-fast delivery and very good quality. We bought bacon and were delighted with the taste. The cinder sausage is excellent. Bockwurst and Wiener very tasty. Tongue sausage 1A quality.
Will be ordering regularly from now on. We have already recommended them to others because we think that the sausage and ham really taste very good.
