Our small shower with elevated entry was converted to suit the age of the user by means of flat entry, larger surface area, individual door design. The competent and detailed advice on site and in the company should be emphasized. The offer was transparent and comprehensible in terms of content. The services were carried out quickly, cleanly and in very good quality.
We got a very good impression of the working atmosphere, both in the reception, in the consultations and in the realization of the order by the fitters.
Based on our positive experience, we are happy to recommend the Lauchstädt company to others.

After the positive experience with consulting, installation and maintenance of our air conditioning system, we decided to have a new heating system installed by Lauchstädt after a consultation and comparison of offers. Appointment arrangements, queries, also with the trainee were problem-free.
The installation was carried out very quickly, the team of fitters was well coordinated, very competent and professional. Very friendly and communicative, the explanation of the heating system and the instruction very understandable.
Due to the good experience we have also placed the maintenance in the hands of the company and can only recommend the company Lauchstädt.

A few weeks later, the new heating system was installed. We have only positive things to report about the craftsmen, company management and the office. Fa.Lauchstädt was and is a very competent and reliable partner for us, from the consultation to the planning and finally to the implementation, everything has been to our complete satisfaction so far. The conversion of the heating from oil to heat pump was done in 5 days. At the same time, the company has also taken over the renewal of our electrical distribution, that was great. The installation team was very well coordinated among themselves, the installers always friendly. There was also a competent briefing on site. Questions on our part were always answered patiently and understandably.
Now only the PV system is missing, but I am sure that this will also be done in the foreseeable future.

We had an oil leak on our heating system and our long-time contractor could not help us because of staff problems. After searching the Internet, we found Lauchstädt. Although we were not a customer, they helped us immediately the next day and expertly repaired the defect. Now we have become a customer of this company. Many thanks for the great customer service.
