We are now four years client. LEAP manages the SEO campaigns of our company. The cooperation is fun and professional. Thanks especially to Maik and Wiebke :)

The suggestions are sometimes not quite conventional, but as long as the curves go up, it may go on with pleasure.

After a very bumpy project start, LEAP had to accept some criticism from us. We were impressed by how this was dealt with. The criticism was translated 1:1 into measures and the project was successfully completed as a result.

The contact persons first had to adjust to us. We have been a customer since 2017 and will remain so in the future if LEAP continues to step on the gas ;-)

At the request of the agency, we evaluate here our experience with LEAP.

Even though the agency is certainly not cheap, we are very satisfied with the performance over the years (excluding a few "dropouts"). In the years of our cooperation there were several turnarounds, different contact persons and finally changing business goals. LEAP has always picked up the ball and managed to adapt to new situations after a certain adjustment period.

When there were problems, it was due to the change of our contacts in the agency. However, this was always absorbed well. We never had the feeling of being a "second-class customer", even though we are probably not one of the biggest customers.

Overall, a clear recommendation for those who rely primarily on a flexible agency.

Addendum: SEO is evaluated here, we never called on the agency's conversion services.
