Mr. Bardi differs from the usual investment advisor in that he has an extensive and time-consuming getting-to-know-you phase, during which the focus is on the client's personal situation and conversations revolve around general matters in the financial world or completely different things. He is a good listener and is able to talk in a qualified manner about a wide range of topics, even those that have nothing to do with financial investments. So there is a broad horizon there. The appearance is also impeccable.
The offered financial products are then naturally such, which are driven out also in other place, but something else is hardly to be expected. The contracts concluded are processed quickly and reliably; promises made are kept; availability is good. The return expectations are higher than those that are generally made. Mr. Bardi has firm ideas of what he thinks is reasonable for the customer, but also implements, albeit with less enthusiasm, the things that the customer specifically wants but do not coincide with the proposed line.
All in all, a very different service from that to which we are accustomed at banks, etc., but really interesting
