Order initiation is offered exclusively digitally via VideoCall. This works very well and transparently.
We are still not quite sure why the original height adjustment was removed from the offer. In fact, we only noticed this during installation. Unfortunately, the fitters were unable to help here either.
Despite all the digital possibilities, a visit on site - especially in existing buildings - would be helpful to check the dimensions determined before production and assembly.
In our case, the installation could not be carried out as planned due to deviating dimensions.
The installation was then completed at the second attempt. The fitters were extremely friendly and very competent.
We are very satisfied with the product and hope to enjoy it for a long time to come - especially considering the price.

Our new LET awning has turned our south-facing veranda into a new feel-good place since the fall of 2024. The very appealing, elegant design, perfect technical features, top-quality workmanship and the automatically controlled roll-up and roll-down function elevate this excellent quality product far above all comparable brand products in our opinion. The slightly higher price is more than compensated for by the added value in terms of quality of life and workmanship!
