Your colleague Mr. Braun was with us today. He was very friendly, gave great explanations and advice and was extremely professional all round.
I was also very pleased: He was very flexible and promised to send me his inspection report today, as I urgently need it so that I can commission the drying company for the beginning of next week.
The employee has very good knowledge of the construction industry, which was a great advantage for us in finding the cause of our problem and suggesting solutions. He was very friendly and open.
After a brief introduction, he applied various working techniques in the areas of "leak detection" and "damage assessment". He then drew up a clear and comprehensible report - surprisingly quickly for us/me.

Fortunately, Mr. Daniel Schütz was able to find the damage after an intensive and thorough search. This was not exactly easy in an old building. He worked quickly and cleanly. Everything was explained in a clear and friendly manner.
The only negative point was that Mr. Schütz was the second employee to take on the troubleshooting...but he was successful.

I got an appointment for a leakage measurement at very short notice. Mr. Rauen was super punctual, carried out the measurement professionally and then gave me competent and friendly advice on the next steps....Customer service tip top!
Mr. Daniel Schütz arrived very punctually, got straight to work and found the leak very quickly. A slight point deduction was awarded for the fact that he also found the power line.
