Lutz Anders unterstützt mich seit einem Jahr im Lauftraining und nimmt sich meiner Herausforderungen an. Besondere Schwierigkeit: Er stimmt sein Training auf das Training des Ex-Bundestrainers der Deutschen Marathon Mannschaft ab. Er hilft mir bei Verletzungen und gibt mir zügig schnelle Tips um Probleme zu fixen. Er bietet zudem ein auf Wissen basiertes Training. Das meint insbesondere, dass er top ausgebildet ist und sich stetig an neuen Studien orientiert. Sehr wissenschaftlich und effektiv! Danke lieber Lutz!
