I can recommend Mr. Zimmermann's advice without reservation. Right from the start, he was always available and always took the time to answer all my questions in a detailed and understandable way. I was particularly impressed by his high level of expertise in the area of private health insurance - he explained complex topics in such a way that I was able to maintain an overview at all times. Ich hatte die Agentur M bereits einmal zur Wahl meiner Versicherung herangezogen. Auch ein Jahr später, nachdem Unstimmigkeiten mit der Versicherung aufkamen, kümmerte sich Herr Zimmermann und Kollegen um die Kommunikation und suchte schnell nach Alternativen. Unkompliziert und immer mit realistischer Einschätzung zum momentanen Stand aber nie ohne einen Plan B. Ich würde diese Agentur jederzeit wieder zu Rate ziehen.

I have come to know Mr. Zimmermann as a very friendly and professional person. I have enjoyed the discussions so far, both on a professional and interpersonal level. Mr. Zimmermann has really done everything to show me various possible solutions and has pointed out the possible advantages and disadvantages of the individual solutions WITHOUT me having to question everything myself.
Last but not least, I would also like to give a positive mention to his two employees, who responded very quickly to any questions I had and contacted me quickly if I needed to submit further documents.
