This coaching with Carmen really helped me a lot, because before that I had struggled with many difficult situations in my life. I quickly felt overwhelmed when little things didn't go so well and had the feeling that I was taking negative events far too much to heart. If I had a disagreement with someone, for example, it used to put a lot of strain on me - but now I can deal with it much better because I simply know what's good for me and that's exactly what I stand by. I see everything much more positively and can also deal with difficult situations much better because I listen to my inner self and that gives me an incredibly secure feeling.
In my work with Carmen, I found it particularly helpful that she taught me new ways of dealing with negative issues. It was always a relief to talk to her about my worries and problems, because she always had an optimal solution for simply everything in life! I was able to take so much with me for my future and it is so good when you realize that you can help yourself in unpleasant situations.

I had been struggling with growing dissatisfaction and some challenges in various areas of my life for quite some time when my path led me to Carmen last summer. Already in our meeting I felt seen and more confident. In the end, I decided to go with Carmen, also because I was interested in a spiritual approach outside of the traditional therapy offerings.

Carmen is a very positive, warm and empathetic coach. Our sessions centered around the topics of self-worth and our spiritual connection. We worked with beliefs, visualizations and our connection to God, Jesus & the Holy Spirit, among other things. Carmen accompanied me during a very eventful time and gave me many tools. She was also available to me outside of the sessions via WhatsApp for all my concerns.

Through Carmen's support, I was able to noticeably increase my self-esteem and improve my spiritual connection. I am also getting better and better at staying calm and trusting even in stormy times.

When I first contacted Carmen, I was really at my wits end. I knew that I really needed support and Carmen's coaching really appealed to me - but I just didn't manage to trust her. To be honest, I was particularly unsettled by the cost of the coaching. I was constantly worried that I wouldn't be able to cope with paying so much and then being taken for a ride by someone in my time of need. I then shared my doubts with Carmen and it did me so much good how respectfully she treated me! Before the coaching, I had a lot of fears and worries in my life and in some phases I was even forced to spend most of my free time at home, because I no longer dared to drive, travel or simply go out in the evening. I had the feeling that my thoughts were controlled by others and that I had no influence on my life. In addition, I hardly had any joy in life anymore, because I didn't trust myself with anything. Now, after the coaching, everything has turned around 180 degrees: I feel self-confident, free and much stronger than ever before. All situations that I previously avoided out of fear, I now master with my curiosity and willpower. It feels so good to be able to control my own life again and to simply act on my gut feeling. In addition, I have learned a lot for my future and know that I am also able to master new and unexpected situations, which makes my life completely carefree since then.

Before the coaching, I had already tried several therapy options: several talk therapies and even hypnosis. However, all of this had not helped me in any way and still cost me an extremely large amount of money - all for nothing! And then, fortunately, I came across Carmen, who made me aware of the best way to help myself.

My problems gradually became fewer and weaker, giving me new self-confidence and much more energy for life. After each coaching I was optimistic and became more and more confident with time that with Carmen's help I would manage to improve all areas of my life and that's exactly how it was, for which I am so infinitely grateful to her.

The coaching with Carmen has helped me a lot in many life situations. With the help of Ms. Hintermüller's coaching, I have made the leap from my deepest life crisis back into life. Her unbelievably sensitive and at the same time clear perception of her clients enables a total emotional opening - and thus an effective work on the core of one's being. Through her gentle and structured support, I was able to reflect on painful shadow issues and thus step out of the victim role I had lived until then, in order to take personal responsibility for my life and create a new consciousness.

I was very surprised by this rapid recovery, as I had previously been to several conventional doctors in the practice without really achieving an improvement in my condition.

Carmen achieved this after only a few sessions. Her particularly sensitive way, has also helped me to find myself again more, and to play free of psychological stress and problems. She taught me to take responsibility for myself, and so I am now a great deal freer - both from physical and physical constraints.
