New equipment for the support association and the operations department.

After two large orders from Magic Stick, we would like to give them our fullest recommendation!
We are more than enthusiastic: great advice, fast, friendly and uncomplicated communication as well as rapid feedback and solutions to questions.

Our club members are delighted with their new T-shirts, jackets and vests.
The emergency services department has also been equipped with new T-shirts and sweatshirts.
The quality is impressive across the board - great colors, clean embroidery and precise printing.

A big thank you to the entire Magic Stick team for the excellent cooperation - we are completely satisfied and are already looking forward to future projects!

Unfortunately, the express delivery did not work, the goods did not arrive on time - first it was sent too late, then UPS did not meet the delivery date, so the shirts arrived after the trade fair (for which they were intended). In general, however, the customer service was good and fast, so we have received a refund.

I had T-shirts embroidered for the first time. I sent my quote request with a png photo of the desired motif. When I then explained my request over the phone, I was told that such a photo would not be suitable, they needed an embroidery file! I felt like I was being taken for a ride, the terms and conditions state that a photo is required. In the end, the order was carried out properly, the embroidery is of high quality, but the phone call left me with a certain "taste".

Yes, the first is simply great communication. Depending on the request or status of the order, you have contact with different employees, but it works so wonderfully hand in hand that you rarely experience it. And then when you receive the product... you've already got hearts in your eyes.

I am often critical of Internet companies, so my expectations were accordingly - wrongly! Here you get TOP QUALITY sticks. The selection of textiles in the store leaves almost nothing to be desired, as does the price-performance ratio.
Tip for future customers: Choose the textiles you want to have embroidered in advance, ideally by trying them on and checking the quality. Once you have decided, commission Magic Stick embroidery!

As a club, we ordered shirts, polo shirts and fleece jackets. They were embroidered with a crest and individual name on the front and the club name as lettering on the back.
We were provided with all the desired samples at the beginning.
The coordination up to the final production took some time, each step was coordinated individually, but this meant that existing errors on both sides could be corrected in advance.
The goods arrived surprisingly quickly and the quality is impressive. The stick is very professional and sharp, if the adjective fits here.
We are very satisfied and hope that more members will reorder clothing.
