Absolute recommendation!
Mr. Schulten helped us a lot in assessing the construction quality of a new building under construction. He is very competent & at the same time realistic when it comes to the negligence typical of the island, which you simply have to accept. Calling him in is worth every €uro.
Since we buried the project for legal reasons, among others, we will gladly engage him again for the next property.

We only called in Mr. Schulten at the end of the conversion work - in this respect, the benefit for us was perhaps not as great as for other customers who made their purchase decision on the basis of the recommendations.
Otherwise, full marks for all criteria. We had contacted him on recommendation and would pass this on.
After the appraisal was completed, we received a comprehensive, clearly structured appraisal with photo and text documentation, which helped us a lot in the following measures and negotiations with service providers.
We have just consulted Mr. Schulte for another topic.

Summary: both thumbs up, clear recommendation.
