After marcapo has received many details about me, as well as private (children, family status, etc.) from me and emphasizes "seeing employees as not just a number", I wonder why a Harrisson Assessment task/analysis is necessary after an interview. This is to be seen as critical, where an AI creates a characteristics of the applicant and marcapo actually does not want "numbers". Accordingly, we could have saved ourselves the interview, which lasted over 1 hour. Comparison: Global players such as adidas, Puma, Hugo Boss, etc. do not work with such systems at this level. I have the impression that I was sorted out because of the system.
