I was very satisfied with your services in every respect.
Starting with a very friendly and competent employee at the switchboard, a prompt appointment arrangement, through to a service employee who, as agreed, announced himself by telephone half an hour before the on-site appointment and arrived punctually on site.
Mr. Martin Küchler was technically very well equipped, explained each of his work steps to me in detail and patiently, carried out the leak detection in a minimally invasive manner and left the construction site clean. The report was sent to me unsolicited by email the next working day.
I can recommend your company at any time, even if I would be happy not to have to use your service again.

The employee sent to us, Mr. Mehler, is very competent. After a thorough and structured search, he found the defective area in the water pipe and explained the next steps (commissioning the tradesmen to repair the damage, dealing with the insurance company, etc.). We can definitely recommend him and the company to others.
