I discovered Mariya through Instagram and was immediately impressed by her holistic program. A number of issues had previously affected my life, including a bloated belly with painful flatulence, period pains, PMS, mood swings and under-eating. Doctors had not taken me seriously and told me that this was all normal. At Mariya's, I was turned upside down with various tests to get to the bottom of the cause. And lo and behold, a lot of things came up that needed to be treated, including various intestinal problems, a hormone imbalance and severe blood sugar fluctuations.

In recent years, I had been struggling more and more with skin problems that I could no longer manage on my own. Despite numerous visits to dermatologists and beauticians as well as various treatments such as cleansing, fruit acid peelings and microneedling, my skin condition seemed to be getting worse. The inflammations would not heal and my skin felt dry and tight.

I started coaching with Mariya because I had several issues that I wanted to address, but above all I wanted to get beautiful, clear skin again. I was also struggling with digestive problems, hormonal issues and severe exhaustion. I discovered Mariya on Instagram and didn't join the program for the time being because of the cost as a student. I've tried everything for my severe acne, which I've had for over 10 years. I've been to doctors, had blood tests and been treated with fruit acid. I have had chemical peelings and cleansings at cosmeticians. I've had vitamin infusions from alternative practitioners, and I've been given Acnenormin in hospital. The cause of my acne was never found. I tried a lot of things. None of it worked. After a few months I came across Mariya again and decided to take part in the coaching. It was the best decision I could have made and it was worth every penny. Thanks to the correct laboratory tests, I finally found out the causes. I learned a lot of knowledge that finally enabled me to take the right steps for my health. After implementing the measures, I quickly noticed small successes that motivated me a lot. This path not only heals the skin but also improves your overall well-being. You develop a better mindset. I had inflammation and underpinning on my cheeks and chin for 7 years after stopping the pill. However, I was also chronically overtired, had unhealthy eating habits and hormone problems. In addition to repeatedly switching skincare products and consistently avoiding sweets and fast food, as well as visiting alternative practitioners, I was still in the dark. I heard about Mariya in a podcast and immediately knew that her holistic approach and mindset was exactly what I was looking for. I am so grateful to have been part of the coaching, the information and measures are very valuable and the overall concept is great. I have suffered from acne since puberty. The gynecologist prescribed me the pill...after I stopped taking the pill it all came back and that was not without its problems. Mariya is a warm person who really wants to help every woman with acne. She even overdoes her coaching sessions so that she can answer as many questions as possible. For example, the intestines or hormones are examined. The results are discussed in the coaching sessions and you are taken by the hand. I really love the skincare that Mariya introduced me to and I use it with a clear conscience. The skincare alone improves my skin a lot!

I chose coaching with Maria because I wanted to make positive changes in my life and improve my health. I was very pleasantly surprised when I saw how Maria works and how she tries to help each participant to better understand her own body and to help herself. I am a beautician and I have suffered from acne since I was 15 years old.

When my coaching started, my hormones were at a low point. I stopped taking the pill after 15 years and even after 1.5 years I had no period. I also had pimples at that time and of course more than before, but no severe problems. My main goal in the coaching was to get my hormones under control and to feel well again. The videos and explanations alone taught me a lot about my body, which I immediately put into practice. In addition, there were the experts with whom I could exchange ideas and from whom I received even more valuable tips. I felt very well taken care of the whole time and also very individually advised. Regardless of the area, I always received a helpful answer. A coaching with added value!
I was coached by Mariya this year and I can only report positive things. After suffering from allergies and acne for 10 years and having visited all the dermatologists in the area, I decided to contact Mariya. At first I was unsure and took months to participate in the coaching. Today I can say: it was the best decision. The coaching sessions are holistic, not only your skin is considered but also the whole surrounding. While I always got the same ointment at the dermatologist, Mariya looks at the real cause. How am I doing psychologically, how is the intestine or the hormones? All topics for which the classic doctor in the year 2023 no longer has time. My problem area back improved after a short time.
