I am totally happy because I have finally managed to stop smoking and even though I just did not want to!
Martin is a really super great guy who explains it so well and extensively, that it can create just anyone no longer smoke.

Messed up in my childhood, huge rocks in my further life, have made me a silent, reserved and overweight person, unable to speak my mind or change anything.
Martin Weitl's program, MindTransform program, has made me an open person from week to week. My up to then confusions in my head, have more and more faded into the background. Even the tips and tricks of the other participants have helped me very often.

The experiences I have had with Martin are very versatile and have changed my life from the ground up. In August 2019, I booked a one-on-one coaching with him on the topic of losing weight. At that time I was absolutely dissatisfied. Dissatisfied with myself, my body, my lack of discipline, etc etc. I desperately wanted to lose weight but it was a constant battle against myself. I went into this appointment with not too many expectations, after all I had already tried everything possible and nothing had worked. I was a little skeptical at first about what it would be like to tell a stranger such private things about myself but I was immediately pleasantly surprised. Martin is an absolutely open, great person with whom I immediately had the feeling that I can open up and tell him everything. So we went through some points in my past that were still blocking me at the time and were causing me problems, so-called mindtracks. With simple methods Martin managed to solve them. The appointment lasted a little more than two hours. Afterwards my head was very full, I had a lot of input to process and at the same time I asked myself how these two hours were supposed to make a big difference in my life? I saw the change pretty quickly - the next day I started to go running. I had been an absolutely non-athletic person up until that point, really struggling to get going. I started with 5 km per run, which was an absolute disaster at first - but I persevered and steadily increased. Today, a good year and a half after the appointment with Martin, I have already run 2,200 km, lost 15 kilos, eat healthy and completely vegan again, which I also struggled with before the appointment, and have learned to be a happy, balanced, content person by participating in his coaching "The Art of Being Imperfectly Perfect". Martin has given me just the right impetus to change my life from the ground up. He always has an open ear and is very happy to help with small and also big problems and I can simply recommend him without reservation.

for a few months now I am smoke-free - thanks to you dear Martin!!! At first I was a little skeptical, what should a stranger bring about, what I myself can not manage!!! And today I am thinking, full of conviction, to make the next appointment! :)
I never thought that it could be so easy to give up a habit that is completely automated. Even in situations that I would never have managed without a cigarette, I now don't even think about it. I am a non-smoker and it feels like I always have been!

I knew I couldn't do it without support and that's why I decided to do it. Why should I make it harder for myself than necessary. Especially when it's so easy. Initially, I felt a bit like I was on hidden camera and didn't know if it was all really serious. But then I got involved, which I am very glad about today.
I kept my appointment and went on a stressful business trip to the USA a few days later. As an endurance test... And it was great, I didn't have any withdrawal symptoms, nervousness, etc. I just had a feeling for a few weeks like I had forgotten something, like when you forget your wallet. Then I remembered that I would have smoked in that situation before, but now I consciously don't anymore.
I had a small relapse after a long time because I had a very difficult experience. After that, I smoked again for a few weeks. Because I was so upset about it, though, I went back to Martin with the relapse guarantee. I was in for about 15 minutes and I've been happily smoke-free again ever since. And that was a few years ago now.
So I highly recommend it, especially if you're really determined to quit but you need a little support or just want to use some support to make it a little easier on yourself.

I was a smoker for 23 years and I quit within 90 minutes. One thing is important, if you can not do it alone, but have the will and seek help, as in my case, then I am sure that you can do it. I am completely smoke-free since 11.03.2015. Overcome your habits!
