Working with Max is just great. He explains step by step how to use the individual programs and the associated added value for the company. Even if you have questions outside of the regular Zoom meetings, he's there to help you. Best of all, you learn to implement campaigns yourself and are not tied to an agency. Personally, I thought it wouldn't be that difficult, but then I quickly learned how much has to be taken into account and where you have to turn which screws to get into visibility. I became aware of Max through a colleague and must say I was pleasantly surprised.

I already knew a lot about Instagram, but we were able to optimize it really well and I was surprised what is still feasible.
Especially with Google I could position myself much much better!

We were able to generate a lot of new customers through all the digital improvements. Our utilization is fantastic.

But the best part is, we're getting our dream clients!
It's so nice to see our work bear fruit and in a very short time.

When I decided to take part in Maximilian Grünberger's social media coaching, I was unsure whether it would really help me improve my social media presence and attract more potential new customers. But I have to say that I was very impressed with his coaching approach.

Max took the time to understand my individual needs and goals and then helped me optimize my social media strategy. His coaching approach was very practical and gave me concrete steps on how to increase my reach and visibility on social media.

Although I was skeptical at first, I have to admit that Maximilian Grünberger's coaching really helped. My social media presence has improved significantly and I have gained many new Blond and Balayage customers.

Maximilian knows so much about social media for hairdressers that I can take every tip and implement it. Every problem is solved immediately and every idea is implemented immediately. Since October 2022 until now in February 2023 we, the Schwefel Friseure , work with Maximilian and his team very well together. The first successes were not long in coming. I have been working with Maximilian Grünberger since mid-November. Maximilian specializes in hairdressing companies and I have always been looking for such an expert social media consultant, one who has a concept for you, which you can then also implement yourself. I.e. I also become a social media expert for my company through Maximilian Grünberger! Of course I don't want to give my marketing out of my hands, but control it myself, so that I can lead my company to where I want it to be! Maximilian, you are definitely worth your money!

Even for people like me, who are not particularly versed in social media, the courses are easy to understand. He takes his time when you get stuck and always helps you in personal conversations.
I've been self-employed for 22 years and previously did advertising via print media for years, which didn't bring me much up to that point.
Since I discovered the potential of social media such as Google My Business, Instagram and Facebook through Maximilian's advice, this has changed for the better and the level of awareness of our salon as well as the gain of new customers has increased greatly.

I can therefore recommend Maximilian 1000% to my colleagues and colleagues! :-)

It took me a long time to find the right words for this sensational coaching! Not only that the first contact was super pleasant, super sympathetic and informative, yet not at all intrusive. It continued throughout the entire collaboration. I was met with a lot of gedulf, every step was explained in a clear and understandable way and the success was actually measurable. Not only in the numbers and statistics, but noticeably in the utilization in the salon! My team knew nothing about the coaching at first and they themselves were amazed at the emerging popularity of our salon. Especially that many became aware of us via Google. We didn't know that to this extent before. Now I can expand the salon to more places, take over my apprentices and possibly look for new employees, because we can not save ourselves from appointment requests.
